On the top floor of this historic building on the Overtoom is this beautiful flat of 39.5 m², with a lovely balcony and panoramic views over the Vondelpark, the Overtoomse Sluis and Amsterdam West. The building, which once served as the car showroom of Volkswagen importer Pon, is located on private land, so no ground lease!
This flat is around the corner from the Vondelpark, ideal for sports and relaxation. The popular gym David Lloyd, with swimming pool and spa facilities, is located in the basement of the building. Today, the building houses the David Lloyd gym and is considered one of Amsterdam's 100 most important post-war buildings.
